Final call for the Sprint Relay Workshop for coaches taking place on Sunday April 10th at Tallaght AC from 2pm – 4pm. There are limited places available and registration will close on Thursday night. This workshop will look closely at the basics of coaching Sprint Relays including - The warm up, squad drills, change zones, check marks and passing technique. All coaches that have an active role in coaching relays at club and school levels are encouraged to attend.
