Day 1 & Day 2

• Entries are now open, please use Event 1515   E4S Event Entry Link
• Entries close for Day 1 & Day 2 Wednesday Midnight the 18^th of March
• There will be no more entries taken after this date.
• U12-U16 are qualifying athletes only with no athletes being moved up.
• U17-U19 athletes must have been entered in the exact event/events they entered for their Province
• Clubs are required to manage all athletes who qualified from their club and can direct parents to enter their child to competition if they so wish.
• Clubs must check all their athletes to ensure only athletes that qualified are entered.

This can be done by typing your club’s name into the Association, and it will show all the athletes that have entered from your club, please use this link to carry out your check  Entry List

Day 3

• Entries are now open, please use Event 1515   link above
• Entries close for Day 3 Wednesday Midnight the 1^st of April
• There will be no more entries taken after this date.
• U12-U16 are qualifying athletes only with no athletes being moved up.
• U17-U19 athletes must have been entered in the exact event/events they entered for their Province
• Clubs are required to manage all athletes who qualified from their club and can direct parents to enter their child who qualified in an individual event
• Clubs are required to enter all relay teams that qualified from their club
• Clubs must check all their athletes to ensure only athletes that qualified are entered as highlighted above.
