Individual, Club & County Entries
- Novice and Masters CLUB road teams for Day 2 will be undeclared teams, with all Clubs to enter athletes as individuals (with no additional Club team fee). Athletes will be automatically assigned to their Club team.
- Novice and Masters COUNTY road teams for Day 2 will be undeclared teams. All Clubs to enter athletes as individuals, while COUNTIES register County teams and pay fees separately. Athletes will be automatically assigned to their County, on condition that the County team is entered and paid by entry closing date.
Closing Dates
- Standard Entries close on Friday 24th April 2026 at 11:59pm and
- Late Entries close on Tuesday 28th April 2026 at 9:59pm.

Novice Eligibility
- An athlete who has no individual medal 1st, 2nd, or 3rd from any Provincial or National Novice, Intermediate and/or Senior Road Championship.
- Cross Country and Road are treated as separate events, where medals won in Cross Country championships do not affect eligibility in Road.
- An athlete must be aged 19 years or over on the 31st December in the year of competition.
- U20 athletes do not break their Novice status in Road.
Masters Age categories:
- Men O/35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70
- Women O/35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70

Day 1 & Day 2

- Entries close for Day 1 & Day 2 Wednesday Midnight the 18th of March
- There will be no more entries taken after this date.
- U12-U16 are qualifying athletes only with no athletes being moved up.
- U17-U19 athletes must have been entered in the exact event/events they entered for their Province
- Clubs are required to manage all athletes who qualified from their club and can direct parents to enter their child to competition if they so wish.
- Clubs must check all their athletes to ensure only athletes that qualified are entered.
This can be done by typing your club’s name into the Association, and it will show all the athletes that have entered from your club, please use this link to carry out your check Entry List
Day 3
- Entries are now open, please use Event 1515 link above
- Entries close for Day 3 Wednesday Midnight the 1st of April
- There will be no more entries taken after this date.
- U12-U16 are qualifying athletes only with no athletes being moved up.
- U17-U19 athletes must have been entered in the exact event/events they entered for their Province
- Clubs are required to manage all athletes who qualified from their club and can direct parents to enter their child who qualified in an individual event
- Clubs are required to enter all relay teams that qualified from their club
- Clubs must check all their athletes to ensure only athletes that qualified are entered as highlighted above.
