- Only 3 athletes per event in the U12-U19 age groups will qualify for All-Irelands from each region. An athlete must qualify from their region to compete. There will be no open entry for juveniles to nationals. This is a National Rule for the 2022 Indoor Season.

- The car parks in Avondale are closed during construction works, so we'll be using alternative car parks, which are located a 15 to 20 minute walk from the course, so factor that into your time to arrive at the venue;
- To avoid congestion please try to arrive no sooner than 1 hour before your event, which will be plenty of time to collect your number and warm up;
- There will be races for boys and girls under 9 years of age - no fee, simply go to the start line when called (11.10am for girls, 11.20am for boys), and there will be medals for the top 12 finishers in each race;
- The Championships will commence at 11.30am with the 1,500m for girls u/11.
